The ACBIZ GLOBAL Affiliate Program allows approved individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to ACBIZ GLOBAL products and services.
By registering, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
To participate as an affiliate:
You must be 18 years or older
Only one affiliate account is allowed per individual or business
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
ACBIZ GLOBAL reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice
This is a single-level affiliate program
There is no multi-level marketing (MLM) or downline structure
Affiliates operate as independent contractors
Affiliates are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of ACBIZ GLOBAL
Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent ACBIZ GLOBAL in any manner
Commissions are earned only when a referred customer completes a valid, confirmed purchase
Commission rates vary depending on the product or service, including but not limited to:
Web Hosting & Domains
SaaS Platforms & Software
Website & Custom Software Development
Banking, Financial & Integration Services
Commission percentages are defined by ACBIZ GLOBAL and may change at any time
All commissions are subject to verification, approval, and compliance review
No commissions are paid for:
Free trials
Unpaid services
Cancelled or fraudulent orders
Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate tracking links
The standard cookie duration is 30 days, unless otherwise stated
If tracking fails due to:
Ad blockers
Browser privacy settings
Incorrect or altered affiliate links
User device limitations
commissions may not be credited
ACBIZ GLOBAL’s tracking system records the final valid referral before purchase
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising
Misrepresent ACBIZ GLOBAL services, pricing, or guarantees
Engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or unethical marketing
Use misleading landing pages or fake testimonials
Bid on ACBIZ GLOBAL brand names, trademarks, or domains in paid advertising without written permission
Attempt self-referrals or artificial transactions
Manipulate cookies, tracking links, or referral systems
⚠️ Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
All commissions are reviewed and approved manually
A minimum payout threshold applies as defined in the system
Payouts are processed monthly, subject to approval
Payment methods may include:
Mobile Money
Bank Transfer
PayPal (where available)
ACBIZ GLOBAL reserves the right to:
Delay payments for verification
Withhold commissions for suspected fraud
Reverse commissions linked to policy violations
If a referred customer:
Requests a refund
Cancels a service
Initiates a chargeback
Violates service terms
➡️ The related affiliate commission will be reversed, cancelled, or deducted, even if previously approved.
Affiliates may use approved ACBIZ GLOBAL marketing materials only
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and content remain the exclusive property of ACBIZ GLOBAL
Materials may not be altered, modified, or misused without written approval
ACBIZ GLOBAL may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:
These Terms & Conditions are violated
Fraud, abuse, or manipulation is suspected
The account remains inactive for an extended period
Business or legal risks arise
Upon termination:
Access to the affiliate dashboard is revoked
Unpaid or disputed commissions may be forfeited
ACBIZ GLOBAL shall not be liable for:
Loss of income or profits
Business interruptions
Tracking failures or system downtime
Affiliate misuse of the platform
Third-party service failures
Participation in the Affiliate Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
ACBIZ GLOBAL reserves the right to:
Modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time
Update commission structures or program rules
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ACBIZ GLOBAL operates.
